ACCIDENTAL ALIEN LANDSCAPE (2016)
Acrylic on Mat Board - 17” x 17”

Week 34(!) from the first Leftovers & Palette Gremlins gallery back in 2016. I set out to share a painting a week, and it ending up being mostly new work except for a couple older pieces. 1/3

I am a bit tired of all AI texts going around like everywhere. Don’t forget that human minds are trained to recognize patterns. I see this in all aspects of current modern life: internet, work and education.

I'll be attending API Horizon 2025 at Google's office in Munich on 1st July. If you’re attending as well, perhaps we can have a conversation over ☕ and/or 🥨.

Boards aren't just for devs.
I've seen marketers, HR, and even friends manage life with Trello, Notion, Miro, etc.

Agile is not a lie! The mindset really exists and works 😘

The solution to human problems has never been technology, but empathy. Only with empathy can we create social systems where we can coexist and learn from one another.

I am watching The Killers, and I am so close to them!!! When I was a teenager, I dreamed of one day seeing them in real life. I have always loved how mystical and transcendent their music is. Their music has always fueled my soul with hope and guided me with dreams.

Save the date for PyCon+Web 2025!!! ⬇️

January 24-25th in Berlin

It's a great way to start the year by learning and meeting other technologists (and of course, Pythonistas)!

I’ll be there, and I’d love to see you too! 🩵

One thing is to be open to new tools that can optimize our daily tasks. It's another thing to be open to new tools that have survived solely due to monopolistic practices and aggressive price-cutting strategies. You guess correct... these don't provide much incentive for improvement.

With AI, standard tools are actually getting worse! Few care about the functionality of applications per se. Companies prioritize AI over customer experience, and monopolies avoid improving their tools because they don’t need to, as they have already made businesses dependent on them.

The most interesting and smartest people I’ve met were chaotic. I guess the real world isn’t organized into folders like we’d hope. Chaos is just part of it.

As the new one here, it’s my turn to teach the algorithm who I am, what I love and what I am curious about. Hello, blue sky?! 💙
