Could it be the daily standing charge being added on maybe sometime as you pass midnight?
It’s a great option for older and more obscure films, so definitely worth considering for her, especially as you can try it out on a free trial first. My watchlist with them is currently hovering around the 500 mark, so will definitely see me out!

I’ve been signed up with them for years and it’s fantastic - really wide range of films and also TV series. Much more comprehensive selection than most streaming services!
