In defense of not being so annoying, (as accused by my sister @mserikajones.bsky.social last week) there are *plenty* of shows I watch where I haven’t read the source book(s). I can’t think of any right this minute, but I know there are.

Someone left me unsupervised in a bookstore last night. I escaped with only a few books and two journals (smh). Among them this one I’m very excited to have at the top of my tbr pile at spring break.

Have been reading the Tempe Brennan (bones) series of books by Kathy Reichs since I first discovered them sometime around 2001-ish - I think when "Fatal Voyage" came out. Instead of doom-scrolling most of the day, I listened to "Bone Hacker" (book 28?) played video games, cleaned fridge. #booksky
