I had something similar happen to me when I was using the Bambu Labs time lapse feature. It actually warns you that it will cause print defects like this.

My first thought is antibiotics, my second is dry your filament. I'm not sure either of those will help. Smarter people than me might want to know what type of material you are printing and at what temps.
