I read in previous posts that bitlocker screen showed up on one point. if you have a key to it on your MS account then for sure you can easily fix the pin issue

Idk how their algorithm works, but it should only be triggered if the account appears to behave like a spam account. I searched for similar situations and apparently if the posts are "low quality"(whatever it means) it can be flagged as spam. Still, the best way would be to contact support.

Quick following and unfollowing accounts can trigger it, as well as gaining a lot of followers in a short period of time. Maybe they send a lot of DMs as of late? If not, it's best to contact the bsky support.
