It turns out that the exhaustion and weakness I have been living with are due to severe B12 deficiency anemia, and when I had noticed low RBC count in blood tests that were run earlier this year, it was brushed off by the primary care physician as if anemia is normal and was not worth looking into.

In other words, I could be alone in a place without any family or friends around me where the overwhelming majority of people happily vote against their own best interest just to ensure that people who are different from them will suffer. Hate lives there and I’m glad that I don’t.
