Exactly right. Ask Trump how he can responsibly run the country if he lacks this knowledge. How can he pardon someone he knows nothing about? Stephanopoulos pushed back slightly this weekend when someone claimed not to have read a report, he pointed out there was lots in the news he must have read.

I wish the reporters would push back by asking how they can carry out their duties if they are so ill-informed. George Stephanopoulos did this by saying the reporting was everywhere and he surely read that reporting. Same with Trump: how can you be President/pardon someone you know nothing about?

Don't count them out yet. That was a terrible case for overturning same sex marriage because they would have had to do it in context of a public official not carrying out her office"s duties. They may just be waiting for a better case in which to do it. That said, I'm happy they declined to hear it.
