Had a really good Labor Day weekend hiking in New Hampshire. It was a great escape though also a constant reminder of our challenges since I was hiking Mt Washington and the Presidential Traverse.

Looking at the WaPo lead to this, it reads like the AA flight collided with the helicopter - it’s seems pretty clear already that the helicopter was in the wrong (flying in the final approach in front of a runway) and collided with the plane. Weird writing choice.

Waterfall in the mountains outside of Tokyo - loved this hike.

One of my favorite hikes - The Pemigiwasset Loop in New Hampshire staying at #AMC huts. Around 35 miles over 3 days - very scenic but also very rugged.

Thanksgiving weekend in the Catskills. Got 6 inches of snow while I was there and they started with 4. Very wintery start to… well, winter I guess.

Japan has amazing and scenic hiking at the edges of Tokyo!
