Proud to announce this years Noble Bolt-01 winner is Paul Deadeye!!! Paul lives for comics, but has never been able to make it to the show. He dresses as a Judge when he can and His comic Pale Moon Grimm has just launched on Kickstarter . We're looking forward to meeting him!!
