Where on social media there is a significant amount of attention given to the few tourists who act badly. And as a result there are many many conversations about over tourism, but less about how accepted xenophobia already was in Japan against migrant laborers or the decades old Korean minority

I like Pete. Another reason why I think the anti-establishment left hates him, is because he embodies a successful Liberal vision of what it means to be a Democrat. For me the Pete hate is weird, because he has this genuine warmth and optimistic vision of the world that is very hard to dislike

It seems like this sentiment come from the anti-establishment left who don't dislike Buttigieg for anything he believes per say, but more because his resume: Harvard, Mckinsey, Veteran, Mayor, and Transport Sec. Ties him to everything they hate: the Ivy league, Corporations, the US Army, and Biden
