Am I the only one who finds this bit ironic... given that he was accused of inflating the value of his property?

Steven Wernikoff has a good write-up on some FCC rulemaking related to the TCPA that will have lead gen purveyors scrambling.
"Can you negotiate with this company on my behalf to get my money back?" is not a thing that I can do until AFTER I get my law license.
Don't get me wrong: That company has definitely opened 2 accounts and is double charging for a single service. But, I've gotta pass the bar before I can do that.
