CLD, in collaboration with several other civil society organisations, has prepared a joint submission on the Access to Information Policy of the International Financial Corporation (IFC), which is currently reviewing its Sustainability Framework 👇

The Analysis calls for the whole Act to be repealed and a process of consultation to be conducted before any such legislation is again introduced. It also makes a number of more specific recommendations for reform of the Act to bring it into line with international standards.
