On this day in 2016, my Mom passed away from her battle with Parkinson’s. She was my mentor, my laugh partner, and my best friend. RIP Mom. I miss you so much, but I’m glad you and Dad aren’t around to see what has become of our country and our rights.

Our oldest girl is doing poorly. She’s 17, and recently was diagnosed with age-related kidney issues. She’s been on AZODYL for a while and was doing great, but the other day started going downhill again. It’s never easy going through this - I think her time with us is almost over 😭

Good turnout at the SOS protest yesterday! We had a hellacious storm with inches of rain and marble size hail right as it was starting so a 40-ish people group wasn’t bad!

Awesome time at the Hands Off protest today! My very first protest! I ended up with heat stress from being too hot and humid and not drinking enough, but I certainly would do it again!
