I want drafts on here so bad,, I literally cannot make dr posts in one sitting I just don’t have the attention span😔

What helps you guys meditate? Other than practice ofc, is there anything you do beforehand that makes it easier to focus? I feel like my brain just never shuts up so it’s hard to just observe the thoughts rather than respond to them which gets frustrating😭
