6L de baies donnent 2.7kg de jus (+1.9kg de sucre) donnent 10 pots.

10 pots de gelée de cassis, à l'envers sur un plan de cuisine Gelée de cassis bouillante dans une marmitte sur une cuisinière. Cassis (baies noires) dans une marmitte. La marmitte est presque pleine.

Nous avons passé une bonne soirée aux Nuits de #kerjean (au chateau du même nom). Musique inspirée médiéval, cracheur de feu, son et lumières...
