I see that it’s going to be a BYODBWCG event (bring your own decorative brain worm cocktail garnish).

Fox finds the “unlawful or illegal” distinction too complicated and helps all us simpletons understand by just calling them “orders.” 🫡

lmao. after misspelling every word on earth, in one of the larry summers emails, epstein trots out the german-style gänsefüßchen quotation marks for no goddamn reason. truly breathtaking to imagine what malignant fungus was controlling the typing centers of his brain.

you can invite a man to batteries, but you cannot make him swallow. obviously. no harm in that.

This article has a great summary on which states had distributed SNAP benefits, the ones who started, and who hasn't.

Its a good read, and was last updated yesterday morning.
SNAP food aid gets to people in some states while others remain in limbo amid court battles

too long for a text reply here, but the message at cdhs.colorado.gov/snap explains it. about 6% of colorado’s november benefit file went out the door successfully on friday before the supreme court order shut it down.

exactly. b/c that’s the flow, there’s variability in each state’s speed to issue. CA, OR and WI have already issued. CO, MI, and WA will issue today/soon. hard to keep track of each state’s plans, wish there were a list somewhere!

all! but the only confirmed states that have paid benefits (california, oregon, and wisconsin) + the states that will pay tonight/this weekend (colorado, washington, michigan) are all part of that plaintiff group

yes! that same guy lmao! i cannot imagine the dissonance between giving that speech and later sitting down at his computer to send the “ok, go ahead and issue the benefits” email.
November 7, 2025 at 11:03 PM
yep lol. there was an appeal submitted against the rhode island judge’s order last night. but this document is an internal piece of USDA guidance from this morning directing the states to issue regardless. so here we go! 🎢

specific guidance from the administration says no reimbursement will be sent to early issuers. the states that did this are angels.
