PAs are not unskilled. Where they are used appropriately by their trusts they can be incredibly valuable members of their multidisciplinary teams. I agree this is often not the way things work out but let’s not pit our healthcare workers against each other like this please.

This isn’t true, there is an English language a level but it has nothing to do with learning the language but more about the building blocks of how words are structured etc.
