And finding unlikely ways to capture specific real world element. Feeling the hand of the maker is the thing that makes it feel alive to me and makes the process a joy in and of itself. It's this kind of thing that I'd like to share here.

This has also been my natural reaction to seeing an increasing move towards ai. To lean more into craft. I've begun to make as much as I can physically by hand and scan it into my compositions. I really like the workflow of mixing hifi and lofi processes.

I try to have a project on the go all the time. I find it important to be constantly learning by trial and error and that's not a luxury you can bring to commercial work with specific deadlines and objectives (apart from some unique commissions). So recently this has taken the form of illustration.
