I appreciate so many of you reaching out. 🙏🏼 It’s been a tough few months for me and my family, but we’re all ok. I’m dealing with some chronic health issues, but thankfully, remarkably, still Novid.

I’m on a hiatus from work & advocacy. Not ready to deal with online chaos, but I won’t disappear.❤️😷

My high risk loved one got first Covid after required healthcare procedure where entire facility was unmasked. Also, surrounded by many with “bad colds” in unavoidable indoor settings.

Days and days and days of very high fever and brutal symptoms so far. Isolating alone. Good vibes appreciated.

I’ll be back here and on flipboard (and to endlessly duplicating my Xitter content onto my not-yet-live website)by next week. Been dealing with some stuff. ✌️😷

"Over the years, we have forgotten what SARS stands for, namely, severe acute respiratory syndrome. What we have learned since the early days of 2020 is that COVID-19 enters our bodies through our respiratory tracts, but the potential damage is far more extensive."
