Is my puppy nephew Heath (Bar Crunch) not the MOST beautiful? Those eyes. 😍 Makes him forgivable for being a little demon dog. 😂

I taught my 1st-ever yoga classes this weekend, graduate from my training program 2/1, & look forward to sharing a community-based practice focused on anxiety, trauma & addiction recovery in-person & virtual. We need to care for our minds, bodies & souls so badly now & I feel like I can help a bit.

Hoover woke up on Thanksgiving morning, realized it was raining, and returned himself and his iron bladder to his blanket fort. Thankful always and all days for this goofball. #dogsofbluesky

One pretty thing: Tiger lily

One pretty thing is my new thing. If I find one I’m generally in a better mood. This was my one pretty thing today. (My therapist’s office is, interestingly, in a nature preserve. The scenery is a perk of the trauma work, I guess.)

I’m going to be a Bookskyer. Bluebooker. Whatever. I’m reading Viviana Valentine Gets Her Man, by Emily J. Edwards. It’s so fun and good for summer.
