Ill give the sword technique a go on my next squad :) yours all look so crisp and i think your highlights look really good!
I need to work on my detailing and maybe invest in a magnifying light!

What chapter are those guys in your pictures?

I used a lot of shadow wash but your definitely right about the highlights! They kind of make me nervous, i worry highlighting the wrong spots will make it look goofy
I just used 3 different shades of blue for the swords from the army painter set i got!

I prefer to think Mario’s placeholder is a squished luigi
