My version of independence:

Me calling my dad: I can’t find my monkey wrench.

My dad comes over and lets me borrow his monkey wrench.

Me 7 minutes later: I changed my shower head all by myself! (Happy dance)

I took my dryer apart. I still don’t know why it won’t turn on, but hey, I learned something new!
