Everything is so horrible. Most people have family or friends whose immigration story they could tell. Until we can have a statement that humans are inherently valued what can we do?

When we tried unsuccessfully to adopt a dog I did notice that sometimes the photos were cleverly taken to avoid objects that could give away the size! Surprise dog as big as your house could be difficult.

I am working on the assumption that ghosts are on the whole nice, just as humans and animals are.
But maybe in a different reality that would need to be understood.

They could well do. My dog is on hyper alert for threats such as vans 3 streets away closing their doors.
Or maybe animals see a lot of ghosts all the time so they only alert to different ones? Maybe ghosts are just floating there but we don’t realise it.

I like the idea that the “scary” ghosts might just be one idea, and then there could be this whole parallel world of ghosts that is just happening.
I suppose I find it actually unlikely but I also like to think about it.

What is their half life?
If ghosts don’t fade away, is the world getting more and more filled up with ghosts? Especially ghosts of animals that there are a lot of?

Relatedly, even if animals can only see the ghosts of their own species, living animals can see each other. So in that case could ghosts see ghosts of other animals, even if living animals can only see certain ghosts?
