I bought some hot chocolate mix impulsively at a Korean grocery store and shit, it’s so good. It’s the chocolate flakes like the $30 Williams-Sonoma ones. I really hope I can find this at H Mart when I run out.

Jet lag is so weird. I was awake for basically 24 hours when I went to sleep around 10. I should have been so tired and able to sleep 8+ hours regardless of what time my body thinks it is. But I was wide awake at 4:30.
Silver lining is it was quiet to catch up on emails early morning.

I sorta unintentionally went on a tour of fancy hotels, so if you ever come to Seoul and need a hotel rec (and skincare recs, obvi) HMU.

I broke my glasses on the plane yesterday (smooshed them in the seat). Walk into an optical store in Seoul — they are fixing my pair and I bought two new pairs from them. All with high-tech blue light/uv block lenses.
My total was $150 and all will be ready in 30 min.
The US is busted.

Why is it becoming so common that hotel rooms don’t have an actual bathroom with door. Especially in Asia. My room has a toilet room, but the sink and the shower are just off the entry way.
