Day 2 at the International OCD Foundation Conference! Our team at University of Miami teamed up with folks at the McLean OCDI to discuss theories of exposure therapy, novel approaches to measuring change during exposure, and implications for clinical care.

Presenting today at the Society of Behavioral Medicine 2024 Conference — There is a need for increased focus on socio-contextual factors such as neighborhood disadvantage that contribute to youth anxiety and depression to inform intervention at multiple ecological levels.

I’m also very pleased to share our latest PASO Lab research at the ABCT Tic & OCD SIG! We found that individuals with hoarding symptoms experience emotional memories associated with non-valued possessions, likely maintaining hoarding symptoms over time.
