You really should stop regurgitating flawed graphs and stereotypes. Makes you look like an uneducated eedjit

Bored of that graph. Well done, you found a grand total of 56 transwomen charged with sexual offences, most of them relating to sex work. No recorded incidents of transwomen assaulting c!sgender women in a bathroom despite trans people using bathrooms in-line with their identity for decades 🤷‍♀️

Bollocks! Lol. Beth Upton was using the CR HR told her to use! Transwomen also have a right to protection under the EA. Perhaps as a short-term solution, partitions/cubicles/curtains. There was a need to balance rights. The only solution SP and her ilk will be happy with is no trans people.

I think you need to be more careful about how you talk about rape. It's often a weapon of power, control and oppression. Almost half of all transgender/gender diverse people have been victims of sexual violence with trans people 4X more likely than cisgender people to be victims of violence.

Anonymity was denied before the trial started. And yes, I believe that was the wrong decision. What we are now seeing is a tsunami of public denigration, dehumanisation and the unhealthy normalisation of hatred. The way to balance the rights of different protected groups is not this way.

Naomi Cunningham deliberately named this person in court when there was no need to, knowing it was being relayed live-time on social media, and knowing the impact on Kate Searles. The whole thing is an exercise in cruelty and destroying people whilst gc's cheer-on

It was always about the process for these folks. Generous benefactors supporting it all the way. Holding Peggie up as a working class hero, annihilating Beth Upton and normalising and emboldening trans hate in the workplace.
July 19, 2025 at 11:41 AM
Yes. It's actually quite distressing watching the normalisation of trans hatred and people being emboldened to be ever more vicious and dehumanising, feeling for your trans friends and knowing there is feck all you can do about it, until this horrible right-wing lurch is over.

Just looked at your profile. Every post you've made has been flagged for intolerance. *called for HR discussion to reflect on practice*

Drop me a message if you ever need to vent, scream, bounce stuff off.... you have a lot of support here ❤

He was on politics live just two days ago talking positively about trans rights after the sc ruling. I think he's been cautioned.

It's the only way I can make sense of the dramatic shift. I think it's tied up in negotiations with the Trump administration and tariffs etc. Punching down on trans people makes more favourable negotiating conditions for the US 😔

I think Labour MP's/MSP's are being 'whipped' internally by the party to stand united on Keir's stance on gender. Only 4 have broken ranks to acknowledge support: Josh Newbury, Nadia Whittome, Kate Osbourne, and Olivia Blake.

It looks like the FWS/Sex Matters lot are preparing for a loss (🤞) with a line 'even it we lose, we win' being trotted out.
Big implications for the trans community if they win, so let's hope it doesn't happen.
