On Sunday, the Toronto Argonauts earned their 19th Grey Cup after a 41–24 upset against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Daniel Kwamou, who played for the T-Birds from 2018–22, became the first UBC alumni to win a Grey Cup since 2018.
