I go to find an image on my phone for a work-related social media post. 20 minutes later I have totally forgotten that’s why I picked up my phone, but have posted about a lot of food stuff on non-work-related social media spaces. 🤣

Someone should write posts from an alternate, happier time line to remind us things don’t have to be this way, and it IS possible to co-create a world where everyone (and the natural world) thrives.

I’ve only bought one thing that was locked up, and only because it was something my sick kid needed ASAP. Any time I see locked up products, I decide I don’t need them right then. If I actually need them at some point, I buy from a place that doesn’t lock them up. Often, I never bother buying them.

It’s fun to be in a digital space where no one pays attention to anything I say yet (& maybe never will). 🤭 Reminds me of my first weeks on Twitter long ago. I’d be thrilled if my random comments into the void here lead to the kind community I had over there in the Before Times. (I’m watching Silo.)

Every project I’m working on right now is a reminder of how trust is the foundation of everything. Without it, even the best plans and ideas go nowhere. Yet, trust-building is rarely given the attention, time, and funding it needs and merits.

Last week 4 parents mentioned to me their worry about the safety & future of their LGBTQ+ children in America. These comments arose organically during conversations that, in theory, had nothing to do with their kids’ safety, demonstrating it’s an ever-present fear, impacting everything for them. 💔

The year 2024 marks the first time average global temperatures have officially exceeded 1.5 degrees Celsius above pre-Industrial levels.

It could all be so different,
we simply need the boldness to make it so.

We don’t need to arrange
ourselves this way forever.
We don’t need to live
disconnected from nature and our souls forever.

It’s such a breath of fresh air to work with people who are focused on supporting a variety of ways of being, doing, and knowing versus expecting or requiring everyone to adhere to one way of being, doing, and knowing.
