👩‍💻Lauren’s update - April👩‍💻

I’ve been quieter than usual last month as I was dealing with an unexpected personal bereavement.

Luckily the wonderful council team have been still picking up my casework so service to residents wasn’t impacted. Here are a few updates from the last month:
May 2, 2025 at 10:11 AM
I’m over the moon that Eltham CofE School (Roper Steeet) is going to get a new zebra crossing on Archery Road, following my meeting with the Cabinet Member at the school in October 🙌 This will make it so much safer for the children.

Archery Road is going to be resurfaced too - Result! 💪

As I log off for the festive period - I’ve been reflecting on 2024 and I’m so proud to have fought for better public transport, accessible services, and support for working parents in Eltham Town & Avery Hill. Balancing life as a councillor, lawyer, and mum has been challenging but so rewarding.!
