Good morning for a run. Fast enough to keep warm, slow enough to look around.
A frozen muddy path through rough grass stretches out alongside a quiet river. On the far bank mature trees overhang, reflected almost perfectly in the still water. Most of the leaves have fallen. There's a clear pale blue sky on this first properly frosty day of Autumn.
