sounds like a committee is required first to determine who should sit on such an important committee, with representation from the whole campus, whenever all of those representatives are free at the same time

I know you mean diversification in another sense, but given the panel makeup (though excellent speakers!), may I suggest including someone to speak to how under-represented scholars experience traditional review, best practices to alleviate biases, & how new frameworks alleviate (or not) issues?
