Yes. I live a 30-minute drive from the Eastern-Central border, on the E side. At this edge, peak of summer twilight stretches to a glorious 10 pm and sunrise is still at 6 am. The winter DST has the latest sunrise just after at 8 a.m. There was a time we didn't change and I don't want to go back.
