Looking forward to using the second edition of my textbook for Intro to Cultural #Anthropology this semester (University of Toronto Press). I’ve fixed some things that weren’t quite what I wanted and it’s better than the first edition 😅 Need new jokes now though, since they’re all in there.

2024 was the year I learned to crochet and sew but this is my first actual garment from a pattern from start to finish ( I’m so proud of it) 🤪 Boxy shirts pattern by AllWell and Tibetan Tiger fabric from Fluid Plus Drape. 🥳 🧶 Now I just want to live in a hobbit hole and make things #sew #sewingsky

I started crocheting as a challenge to myself a year ago, to see if I could finish a beanie. 25 beanies later, I am addicted. This simple blanket was a gift to my daughter and her long noodle dog, Maple. My job is cerebral and crochet is manual and I love how it tickles my brain in a new way. 🧶

It’s a scood! Right?! A snood is like a sexy jellyfish fell in love with your skull. It has nothing to do with a scarf and hood

Scoodie came out cute! The elbow still hurts but I’m doing exercises and using salve so I am hopeful it’ll feel better soon 👍🏽 Pattern is from @aver.paula on IG 🧶

Looking through my 94-year old dad’s photo albums over the holidays and found this stunning pic of my young mom, probably from the early 60’s

I have a worsening “crochet elbow” that is threatening to keep me from finishing my last project - a scoodie like the one blow. Any tips to get through?

a student once wrote on my Rate My Professor page that I was a hyper liberal wokie who couldn’t define normal. I took that as a compliment of the highest order and my friend made a logo and produced t-shirts
