It’s been quite a week. I am concentrating on the ways I can make a difference, even if it’s small. Started in DC with the National State Boards of Education Equity Conference, passed a budget over to the CE, read a book about self-love to East Silver Spring ES 1st Grade & ate lunch with them too!

I’ve had an amazing start to Thanksgiving week. I’m thankful for incredible programs like the After School Dance Fund and Competition, Community Schools like Argyle ES (engaging kids and families on Storybook Day), and Upcounty Hub (thanks Grace Rivera-Oven!) sharing food with 100’s on Thanksgiving!

Hi! I created this a while ago in case I needed a parachute out of X. I am jumping out of that land, which turned into a playground for pornbots, trolls, and unproductive angry voices. The bad outweighed the good every single day. I’m adding a happy picture - just because.
