Last night at our annual fundraiser, we announced our new name: Tacoma On the Go. We're formalizing that we're working for safe mobility for all across Tacoma, not just downtown. So, so deeply appreciative of all the support as we head into our next era!

Watching the 2020 SR-7 walk audit video, thinking about the new one we'll conduct this year, and there's Steven. He pops up all the time, in years of DOTG photos, old emails, comments on FB memories. It hits me like a brick every time that he's gone forever, because a driver murdered him.

The balloons came from the absolutely lovely bike parade to Pride, put together by our amazing active transportation champions in public works. Let me tell you though, those balloons really catch the wind!

I love biking!!! It's so fun and joyful and human!!! Biking home from Tacoma Pride, I had a bunch of balloons on my front rack and it was a huge hit with every biker and pedestrian we saw. A wonderful ride in the sun with my spouse after a wonderful day with our wonderful queer community 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
