@hrw.org finds that #Israeli forces committed war crimes, crimes against humanity and ethnic cleansing in the West Bank: they forcibly displaced 32,000 #Palestinian refugees from 3 refugee camps, prevented return + systematically destroyed parts of the camps.

This is the first time HRW has concluded that Russia is intentionally targeting civilians in Ukraine using drones—constituting war crimes and crimes against humanity.

These drones—cheap, commercially available, and armed with munitions including prohibited antipersonnel mines—have been used to attack people, homes, ambulances, grocery stores, and infrastructure.

Since mid-2024, Russian forces have increasingly used quadcopter drones to kill and injure hundreds of civilians in Kherson. Victims were walking, biking, driving, or even receiving medical care when attacked.
