Update: there are now TWO bluebottles in the room. This might be what officially breaks me.

The bluebottles are back buzzing around the room. I’m sure this won’t drive me insane while trying to get this chapter draft finished.

It’s a beautiful sunny day, so what better way to spend it than by reading up on theoretical material? Today’s focus is Trauma and the Supernatural in Psychotherapy— feels wildly fitting to my research!

Also tangentially related to my last post… is there any way I can bribe Netflix to release the final season of Squid Game sooner? I really need to see the completed product to give a fully-rounded analysis on the series! 😅

Revisiting theoretical material on cultural trauma to bulk up on my research for a chapter in an edited collection I’m submitting later this year— really excited to be working on this particular project!

I thought I was tired from work but apparently Astrid is far more exhausted from this stressful busy period.

Currently on pause with my research as I’m currently facing the horrors of retail, but I’m looking forward to getting back to it once the Christmas rush is over! 👩🏻‍💻
