Yeah that’s definitely happening too! I think when you’re in a losing cycle you can get caught up in that mentality the longer it goes on!

That’s the problem isn’t it. Once you lose those duels and 2nd balls you are in big trouble and it keeps happening over and over. We need more height and physicality and then I think we’d look better. It worked last year but the league is very different this year.

Like I just said. I can’t see anything changing in this league with it being so physical until we bring a couple of more defensively minded players come in. Eden changing the manager I think we’ll have the same problems.

…but I think a proper Defensive midfielder in January like a proper destroyer Fabinho/Hendo type player needs to be a priority in my opinion in this league right now #LFC

We seem better built for the silky skills type play and don’t have the muscle. Hense why we did so well v Madrid .We’ve build a team that can’t handle the muscle and the braun of this years premier league and with each loss we just look weaker. I don’t normally cry for signing but…

Week 6: Sunday was a travel day back up north after my friends 40th so a belated one this week. Josh’s roll and one for him more than me this week. It was alright for a Tuesday just not really my cup of tea.

Week 5 and my roll with Surfer Blood’s “Pythons” album. Not listened to this band in ages. Just enjoyable Pop/rock songs and this album is full of them. Great imitation too from @JLvsEverything 😅🏄‍♂️🩸🐍
