I introduce the #salutogenic #environments as essential to this process. These are spaces and systems that actively support our collective ability to provide health for everyone and to adapt. Very soon a dedicated paper to the topic of #salutogenicenvironments.

This reframing reveals something important: health isn't fixed or individual. It's #relational, #situated, and #continuous. It emerges through our capacity to adapt: to change ourselves, our communities, and our environments.

In this paper I use #salutogenesis- a theory that shifts focus from just preventing diseases to actively promoting what creates health. The key move? I connect #salutogenesis to biological #autonomy and #adaptivity, grounded in how living systems organise themselves.
