SSI benefits can be reduced by up to 1/3 about $300 if receiving the max benefit of $967 per month—if recipients receive "in-kind support and maintenance," such as housing or food from relatives. Benefits may also be reduced based on the income of parent or spouse.

Had a pretty good day. Extra kid got her drivers license. Middle kid has a job interview tomorrow. Youngest got a new responsibility she likes; oldest finished reading a great book. I got the basics of a new vidding program, and handled some cross stitch things, all while calm and happy.

Just took a hot bubble bath for the first time in ages. I hired bathroom cleaners so I could use the one tub without having to scrub it first. Still took until now, the first full day of summer, to actually do it. But, PDX area.
