I just feel like it’s time to make a few public service announcements. First RFK is a disgrace. COD Liver oil is not a preventative for the measles. Vaccinate your children, for gods sake. Immigrants did not cause the current outbreak, lack of vaccinations in school age children did!

I learned about the Tulsa massacre,not in a class room like I should have,but on a tv show. Episode 1 of Watchmen,with Regina King,showed the horrors of that day. I could not believe I had never heard of this, despite taking honors history. This is why #blackhistorymonth is so important

I ran the Reindeer run at Shawnee in the Poconos yesterday. It was 14 degrees and frankly To me it was shockingly cold and my lungs did not want to do it. On the bright side the biggest and happiest looking fox ever must have been startled out of his home and was running the course with us! #runchat
