i am extremely tired of this topic today but I wrote a follow-up blog post just to make sure i got the important stuff out.

Couriers, please stop gaslighting rural customers and saying the weather is delaying your service when it is sunny and lovely and WE are driving on the roads you are claiming are unsafe multiple times a day. Don’t accept packages to addresses you don’t want to service in a timely manner.
