I'm listening to the video now and I'm 55 minutes in. Unless I've missed something, they've yet to discuss Christian nationalism...which means IMO they're missing the boat. A big, big boat.

From what I’m reading, the EO’s don’t supersede law and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that outlined national origin discrimination (and language access) still stands. And there’s even additional policy in education to keep it going for now…

This is a huge blow to #languageaccess for sure! For K-12 schools however, I believe the education-specific policy still stands? For ex, the 1970 memo and the wording in Titles 1 & 3. No?
