I had the exact same disappointment reading it. It was a ‘not you as well’ moment.

It was the 3rd goal that got me, as that was what we thought was the winner with minutes to play, it was an incredible goal and from one of my favourite players. The 4th goal from the half way line was just bonkers. But then, the 1st goal was a worldy too. Can you tell I’m still buzzing? 😂

Thats the thing with so many teams, it’s just expected. Stef complains about how England play, but they always qualify and he usually has Italy as his back up.

Want to see Republic of Ireland, Wales and Northern Ireland qualify. Pointed out to Stef that he’s used to qualifying (England) so it’s never a big deal for him. Been almost 30 years for us, so I had happy tears last night.
