We need to remember that the federal employees losing their jobs are not "government waste." They are people with families whose jobs and benefits can make or break their well-being.

The purpose of DEI is to ensure everyone has a fair shot at opportunity, even those who look, act, think, behave or believe differently from you. Diversity of thought, experiences and perspectives is vital to an inclusive society. Otherwise we go right back to square one.
