I'm really hoping she shows herself up when they kick the draft code back to the EHRC.
Everything she backtracks on the other terfs will hate, but if the government has to reject it for going against the law twice it'd be a huge embarrassment.
So fingers crossed she forces them to end the EHRC.

These days I have to imagine there's enough people not watching live TV that the average postman knows what they are and thinks nothing of it.
That said, if you have been paying it probably is worth trying to cancel on their end rather than the bank, so they know you've done it on purpose.

I genuinely don't know how they mentally square declaring us mentally unsound with the fact that to medically transition in this country you need to see multiple doctors and get put through extremely intrusive psychological analysis.

Because terfs do the whole cult thing of elevating the die-hards and shunning anyone who expresses doubt, the people getting paid for terfing can only keep digging.
My hope is that the unsustainability of always having to become worse and lie more will be what unravels them. 2/2

Oh for sure. The problem comes when they act on it (your right to swing your fist ends at my face).

Yeah, I actually think it's helpful that as a party leader he talks about trans rights in balance with other major issues; talking about it alongside things most people would already consider a major concern shows people that what's happening to us is on that same level.

Same tbh, but at this point I'm basically committed to waiting for the next general election to see how things shake out.
I'd only just become a first time homeowner when everything hit fan; if I sell up and leave now I'd be leaving with almost nothing thanks to the early repayment fees 😞
