Echoing this. We’ve been shortlisting large amounts of applications for some posts lately and this makes life so much easier. Especially if you address the criteria in order/group things clearly. Seeing some very experienced candidates failing to demonstrate how they meet criteria and it’s tough.
Reviewing applications today. My top-tip.
If there is a set of criteria in a job advert then please read the criteria and make sure you can demonstrate against those essential elements. Make it super easy for reviewers. Close to 50 applications for 1 role means that I don't have a lot of time.
