I've deleted the apps off my phone and only occasionally use the sites on my computer because there are relationships on there I don't have elsewhere. I delete every ad I come across when I'm on. I know I'm only a small part of this, but I hope even a small part will make a difference.

Yeah I took the apps off my phone, so I will need to actually use my computer to get on. I'm feeling a bit less attachment since I took most of my family off. But I still have some valuable friendships there that I don't have anywhere else.
