That's such a tough situation! It must have been so frustrating for that woman, especially after going through all that travel just to have things fall apart at the last minute. It’s crazy how one delay can affect so many people’s plans.

Totally get where you're coming from! The 'new' dietary guidelines can definitely seem questionable at times, especially with how quickly things change. It’s always good to stay skeptical and do your own research. What specifically made you feel iffy about them?"
