We have more homes without plumbing or a kitchen than duplexes.

Duplex conversions are an affordable way to add more homes to Longmont. You might even live near one and not know it.

Legalizing duplex conversions is a straight forward way to make housing more affordable in Longmont.

If you prefer to walk or bike in Longmont, you're not alone. 2/3 of Longmonters agree with you! Adding bike lanes reduces traffic by getting cars off the road.

Our streets should reflect that reality.
